Ingredients
Beef Suet, Vegetable Fat, Gluten Free Oatmeal, Pork Blood, Onions, Salt, Spices.
Storage Instructions
Refrigerate on delivery. While the black pudding is sealed, it will stay fresh until ‘Use by’ date on product. Once the skin is broken, please consume within one week.
Suitable for freezing for up to 3 months. We recommend you slice and wrap your pudding in portions before freezing.
Cooking Instructions
Grill or fry for 6 – 8 minutes, turning frequently, until cooked through.

Orders are dispatched via DPD or Parcelforce 48h service, Monday - Wednesday only to ensure same week delivery and avoid unnecessary delay over the weekend. Any orders received after 11am Wednesday will be dispatched the following week.
Please make sure someone is available to sign for the package on delivery - this is especially important when ordering chilled foods. If you think you’ll be out, why not have your package delivered to you at work, or give us the address of a friend or neighbour who can accept the package for you. If your order is a gift, please let the recipient know it is being delivered, all our products are perishable so it is important that they are refrigerated on receipt.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Channel Isles, the Isle of Man and Jersey are available, but may incur additional delivery charges, please phone 01360 440066 for more information.
Sadly, we cannot deliver outside the UK.

If you are ordering a gift for special occasion please let us know in the "Special Instructions for seller" field during checkout the approximate date you'd like us to deliver this. Although we cannot always guarantee to deliver on the day you want we will always try to do this where possible.

Damaged or Faulty Goods
In the event of damaged or faulty goods, customers must contact us immediately. Perishable goods must have been kept refrigerated from the day of delivery.
